psychiatric practitioners are Licensed Independent Practitioners and practice within the scope of their licenses as do our medical practitioners. The Medical Director on staff is Board Certified in General and Adolescent Psychiatry. Our therapists are credentialed as required, have a variety of specialized certifications, and offer a wide range of groups. Additionally, we are accredited by the Joint Commission and are in compliance with those standards and regulations as they relate to the concerns included. In regards to academics, we are accredited through AdvancED/NWAC and we meet the standards and regulations of this accrediting agency which accredits all types of schools nationwide. We will not comment on specific treatment issues noted in this complaint as we do not want to be in violation of HIPPA regulations. It is important to note that we comply with any and all custodial court mandates that are relevant to each child's care.
