The office did explain to *** ***, Srthat his address was set up as the primary billing address for services. That is the reason the $he paid on October 19, was applied to the balance on his account. According to the latest response, the son states that the service
completed on May 27, was for his address. As noted on copies that were sent to Mr***, Sr., the technician was promised that the office would receive a phone call to pay by credit card. We never received that call. Numerous statements were mailed to the customer and the office attempted to contact Mr***, Sr regarding the past due balance with no response. The account has been turned over to the collection agency. No additional fees have been added to the account. If Mr***, Sr feels his son is responsible for payment, then we will gladly accept payment of $from the son and address the dispute that ***, Sr has filed with the credit card company to return the funds to him. We have to have payment in full from ***, Jrbefore we can settle the dispute of the $from ***, Sr. We want to work at resolving the matter since it is over a year old. If ***, Jrwould like to contact the office to make payment of $153.00, he can call me directly at ###-###-####. *** ***

Mr. [redacted] contacted our office to schedule PM service on his primary location on 10/19/2016.  He paid $99 in advance for this service.  When the service was scheduled, the dispatcher did not inform him of a past due balance of $152 on his account.  I called Mr. [redacted] back that same...

afternoon and informed him of the past due balance from June 2015.  He did not dispute the past due charges at that time.  He asked that I send him a copy of the service ticket, which I did, and he promised to call in by the end of October 2016 to pay the remaining balance.  He provided me with a post office box, which we did not have on file, to send the service ticket too.   I also informed him that his account had been turned over to Creditor's Service Agency and he would have to contact them to make the final payment.  They had also sent him a certified letter indicating his collection account.  On October 25, 2016, Mr. [redacted] called stating that the service had been performed at his son's house and not his.  I tried to explain to him that we did have both addresses in the system but the a/r account has always been under his primary address for billing.  I urged him to contact the collection agency since they were handling his account.  I informed him that he still had the $53 balance.  He asked about getting the service performed at his location and I explained that until his account was paid in full, we could not perform the maintenance service.  At that time, he stated he was going to dispute the $99 payment with his bank.  I informed him that if we receive notification of the dispute, we would let the collection agency know and he would owe the original balance of $152.  He continued to state the balance due was for his son's location and we needed to send the bill to him.  I again explained to him that all billing had always been sent to his address.   He has been notified that until the account is paid in full, we can not perform any services on the locations. We have not received notification from the bank of his complaint.

I Spoke with [redacted] from Southern Air about the conversation that was held between [redacted] and [redacted] and my Son [redacted] Jr,    [redacted] explained everything and is going to reach out to [redacted]  Regarding the last loose ends,  I was due a free tune up from the past when the heat put was installed and Also [redacted] is going to reach out to my Son [redacted] Jr, to handle is part on on the balance that is owed. Both [redacted] and Mr [redacted]  have worked very hard in correctly responding to problem.I would like to add that if [redacted] handled the issues as well as  [redacted] and [redacted]  did none of the extra steps would have been madeIn Closing this complaint Thank you [redacted] and Mr [redacted] for taking leadership of the problems that was easily fixed,   Revdex.com:
