ASAP, please find conversation between us and Mrs***, which we believe is strange in our opinion, but we are not here to judge. We already returned half of the funds to her (we can send you proof the bank), the second will be returned after we receive parcel - we just need tracking number or any kind of proof, that it has been sent to us. Then we will refund her immediately. Please find attached all the correspondence (in short) between us and Mrs***We can forward you all correspondance also in emails ( I prepared print screens), but there are also personal information on Mrs*** and from your mail, these info are confidentalPlease advise. So: She placed order on our webapge on We received her email about refund for 258$She wrote, that it was a fraud and that she didn't order (she received warning from fraud divion in her bank) We have sent her email who ordered then and that we will forward this case to authoritiesWe had wrote, that we don't have problem with refund. After that she wrote, that she had actually ordered one(ordered one and billed for two - this is not possible, but we don't have problem with returning anything)After that email, we sent her one Elf emmit around We refunded her through our magento system (web store) for the EE she didn't order - I can send you picture - I asked her if she received moneyShe said no - I can send you also print sreen of web store, where this is clearly visible, that is was marked as refundedSystem didn't work, so our accounting department took over the case. My collegue Janez Decman had taken over this case and returned her 129$ through our card system. After she had received only one Elf emmit, she said that she cancelled also this parcel one week ago(13.11.) We have sent her RMAN to return the second oneShe didn't response to that - we haven't received RMAN from her (17.11.)I don't know why.
