I assume the complaint no longer applies because ** *** has already gone forward with another contractor.Note that the warranty we gave her is now null and voidThe new contractor is now responsible for the warranty from now on.We will not pay for another contractor to do the work that she went ahead and contractedWe had no input on doing thisThat was her decision alone.It appears this case is closed

*** *** prior to performing the remaining work on his house.Note that we were closed on July 3rd so *** *** must have called on a different day.Also note that we are completely on wireless phones and there are times when we get dropped calls from a weak signal either on our side or on the callers sideThe complaint that the receptionist hung up on him was most likely a dropped call by the wireless serviceMy receptionist never abruptly hangs up on callsIf there was enough information on the caller prior to the dropped call she will call backIn the future should his call be dropped again, I would ask *** *** to immediately call backOnce again, I am sorry for how long this has taken but we will get the remaining work done soon

have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I do not accept this response because since July I have been waiting for the work to be done.   Now they wait till the snow and bad weather is coming in and three months later  to tell me that they are not doing any work in Buffalo.   How can I now attempt to find a company at such a late date.   I am going to also send this to the news stations and to the District Attorneys office because this is bad business.  they should never be allowed to practice in the city of Buffalo again.  Now with bad weather coming my roof may fall in from the snow.

Once again we are sorry that it is taking longer than we would like to make the final adjustments to Mr. [redacted] roof. We had every intention of doing it and have failed. We still plan on getting to his roof in the near future. I can only request that he be patient with us. This has been a hectic fall for us with a lot of customers needing their roof done. We have tried to prioritize the work set before us with our available workforce. I hope Mr. [redacted] can understand that our priority will always go to those that have leaking roofs or are about to have leak damage. We will get to his roof in the near future. We will call him about a week out to let him know when we plan to be there. However, if there is a schedule opening that allows us to get to his roof in short order, that call could be the day prior to arriving. I know this is not the answer he would like to hear so I can only ask that he work with us to get this done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.An appointment was set for us on Tuesday, October 13 for these repairs to be made.  As stated in my complaint, Tuscarora never showed up and never called.  They were given the opportunity to repair the roof and failed to do so.  A refund is the only acceptable outcome.As for the accusations of my being abusive - that word is the definition of how your secretary Barb treated me the first time I called to report a problem.  Everything else escalated from there.  Angry customers complain, Tuscarora, as do customers whose brand new roofs leak after three months.  And we do it online for the whole world to see.  Thanks for pasting all my comments in this Revdex.com complaint - now everyone here gets to see it as well, as they should.  Issue the refund.
