Once again we are sorry that it is taking longer than we would like to make the final adjustments to Mr [redacted] roofWe had every intention of doing it and have failedWe still plan on getting to his roof in the near futureI can only request that he be patient with usThis has been a hectic fall for us with a lot of customers needing their roof doneWe have tried to prioritize the work set before us with our available workforceI hope Mr [redacted] can understand that our priority will always go to those that have leaking roofs or are about to have leak damageWe will get to his roof in the near futureWe will call him about a week out to let him know when we plan to be thereHowever, if there is a schedule opening that allows us to get to his roof in short order, that call could be the day prior to arrivingI know this is not the answer he would like to hear so I can only ask that he work with us to get this done
