We received a follow up letter in regards to a complaint filed by [redacted] at [redacted] ***In the recent communication , dated September 13, 2017, it includes a letter from [redacted] with conflicting informationHis letter states he had pointed out problems while in the warranty period and yet he also states that he is aware he would have had to pay for repairsThis indicates he is aware that the repairs are not covered by any warranty, as we have previously statedThe letter from [redacted] appears to be a complaint about a request for paid service that was not accepted by our company, provided by our company, nor billed for by our companyIt does not make sense that a complaint should be on record about service provided by [redacted] that was not agreed to, provided, nor billed forHe is essentially making a complaint that he was unable to hire us to do repair workWe appreciate your help with this matter.Cordially, [redacted]

We received a letter in regards to a complaint filed by ** *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***We did install a sprinkler system at this address for the builder *** and our warranty is through the builderWe have been to this address on multiple occasionsThere were some
instances of legitimate repairs which we performed within the warranty period which runs one year from the date of purchase by ** ***There were also service calls where we could not find an issue with the system even with ** *** presentHe was also unable to find or show us what the problem wasWe last spoke to ** *** in June and this was outside of his warranty periodHe was again having problems with his sprinkler systemHe was made aware by the home builder as well as by *** *** that these were new items and non warrantableHe seem dissatisfied that he would have to pay for repairsThat was our last knowledge of the situation and also our last communicationWe have been in business since and have installed in excess of sprinkler systemsThe builders that we work for take service and warranty very seriously, and, therefore we take service and warranty very seriouslyTo my knowledge we have never had a Revdex.com complaint.We understand ** ***'s frustration but we are not obligated to warranty any item past the one year.Regards,*** ***
