ELH repaired a TURBO CHARGER for one of our trucks back in 06/14/2018, they were paid in full upon completion. We were told the turbo had warranty, now in 10/03/2018 the turbo is leaking oil, we have reached out to them and they said to call *** for warranty. We called *** and they need a invoice/receipt # or where it was purchase by ELH in order for them to help us or any other manufactured that could of sold them the turbo. I spoke to ENOS and CHARLES, a workers in ELH that we need that information. He and his staff are ignoring our calls, we have called all the numbers listed for them, sent an email to them and fax and we have yet to hear back from them. All we need a is name and inv # to get our tubo repaired under warranty. We are very appreciative of the work that they did but if they dont help me out with this I will be loosing $5000+ more. I paid them for their services $8,044.14

refused to warrant this turbo due to deleted intake parts from company that deleted original system. With parts being deleted it causes NEW turbo to overwork itself and eventually begin to leak. We appreciate business from this company but due to companies decision to delete intake parts it voided warranty from dealership.
