The mitigation estimate was sent to *** ***, the Auto Owners adjuster assigned to this claim by Ms***'s insurance company, on August at 10:33AMOur records indicate
the email was processed to his in box.The initial repair estimate was also sent to the adjuster, *** *** on August, 18, at 4:PMAgain, our records indicate that the email was processed to his in boxThe insurance adjuster requested that we send a sample of her carpet off for evaluation which we didWhen we got the evaluation we revised the estimate and sent it back to him on August 31, This email was processed as well It is a professional courtesy that we send all estimates to the insurance company prior to sending to the insured as we are unable to determine coverages for each individuals policyMs***'s adjuster will be able to provide her with the estimates as he has themWe will be glad to send them to her as well with his approval

Contacted (2) different salesmen during the day for a used vehicle, myself via phone conversation, my husband via phone and then test drove. Salesman was offered down payment.to hold until later that day, however were told not necessary would hold until that night. Arrived at dealership to purchase and another customer was testing driving. Waited over 45 minutes in dealership to find out they were selling vehicle to other party. Salemen and manager knew upon our arrival what we were there for, however made us wait, gave us trade-in value for our vehicle then made deal with other customer. Indicated other customer had started paperwork week prior. Funny how this wasnt' shared with us upon our arrival. Will never purchase from Elhart used sales. Unprofessional and lying employees.
