Review: I visit the Dealership to buy a 2011 Chrysler, town & country. The sales person told us that we had to give a 200 dollars deposit ( Cash ) they told me to put how much I earn in my income before tax, I gave my info in the application and provided them my Taxes and bank statement of how much I earn per week. the sales person called and told me that I was approve for a 2.7 rate. To go sign the deal the same day, but I couldn't because I was at work. I when the next to the dealership to do a test drive and buy the van. the Guy told us that we weren't approve but another bank approve us with a 16.7 rate. we accepted the offer since we really wanted the van. I gave a 800$ check for the down payment of the van additionally the 200$ I gave in the beginning the total of 1,000$. The sales person told us that if we didn't get approve by a bank we get our money back. Thats why I'm making this report Since the person gave me his word that I would get my money back and he accused me of lying, and making fake reports.When I gave everything they ask me for including my taxes, bank statement, and green card. They gave me my 800$ back because it was on a check but my 200$ cash I want them since they told me that if I dot get approve I get my money back.
