Bought a generator from this company with the guidance of their sales staff to get one that would power my entire home. Not what I wanted, but, what they talked me in to buying. After the purchase, I have had 3 power outages and at no time has the generator performed as it was sold to do. I comes on, runs 2 to 3 minutes and overloads and shuts off. Their service staff have come out twice to check and now it is a case of when it comes on for 20 minutes each Saturday, I have to run and turn everything off in my upstairs portion of the house and make sure the oven and or washer/dryer are off downstairs as well or it shuts off during the test runs. I threatened with a lawsuit and they came out and the service rep said it will never power my entire house as sold to do. As of now, I'll keep turning it back on during the test cycles, but, this company is one power outage away from a lawsuit. May happen tomorrow, may be 10 years from now, but, they have a letter in writing from me stating such and this review will back it up as well.
