I contacted Eli C [redacted] through a web application called "thumbtack" when I asked for estimates for roof repair on my rental house MrC [redacted] emailed me and gave me an estimate for the roof and ultimately for stucco work also He has done some patching of my stucco, but nothing else I wired $to his account to purchase materials for the roof and work He has not not responded to any of my attempts to contact him for the last few weeks One phone number he gave me is to a friend of his who does not know where he is His work phone number was answered by a woman who says she has had that number for years and gets these calls about him and roofing, but she denied knowing him I have emailed him repeatedly with no response
