Mr. [redacted] rented [redacted] Redding Ca on a 6 month lease from August 15, 2016 to May 14, 2017. Mr. [redacted] broke the lease and moved out the Unit on April 19, 2017. When a resident breaks a lease they are rent responsible to the end of the lease and they are...
responsible all cost associated with getting the unit back in rent ready condition. The repair bill on the unit was $214.96 some of the items were normal wear and tear therefor Mr. [redacted] was only charged $114.98. He was charged $97.41 for paint, $112.50 or cleaning, $136 for carpet cleaning and $100 fee for breaking the lease. We did not charge for rekey locks, which according to the lease we could have. Further, we were able to rerent the unit as of May 8, 2017 so Mr. [redacted] did not have to pay rent to the end of the lease. Mr. [redacted] disputed the charges from the security deposit and since Mr. [redacted] was a good tenant and in an effort to make him happy we went ahead and refund an additional $200. We have been fair and refund more than what the resident was entitled to.Thank You [redacted]Real Property Management

I stand behind the managers decision not to rent to Ms. [redacted] and her daughter. Ms. [redacted]'s vulgar e-mail dated May 11, 2017 to [redacted] and myself confirms that [redacted] made the right decision in denying the applications. Our web-site is very clear that application fees are non-refundable; however, in this case I am more than happy to refund Ms. [redacted] and her daughters application fees of $60.00.
