Completely inept at their job I fired them a few months ago, they never filed my returns on time (I don't believe they have even been filed) and I had to keep calling them every month to get my TPT taxes done I own salons btw My account had been sold to them without my authorization from an accounting firm I had used for years They had a woman named Rachel working for them who was great and got everything on track Then she quit, it has been a horrible experience since I fired them, asked for all my files, which by law they have to provideThey gave me incomplete files, gave me a bill of over a grand and won't release my taxes that they did but still have yet to file unless I pay themThey also did my taxes after I fired them and added that to my billAll shady!! My new accountant has to start all the bookkeeping over from the beginning of 2014, which is going to cost me a pretty penny This place sucks! Beware! I am now going to start the processes of suing them for all the mistakes and what it is costing me
