Because this is a few seasons old, provided there is no receipt and no proof of purchase or where this jacket was purchased we are unable to provide a replacement. We will reimburse you for the shipment cost for shipping the jacket to our office. Thank you for providing the receipt.

open dialogue about our Final Sale Policy and it was stated specifically during the sale process that anything purchased at 70% was Final Sale. Because of this, we are unable to accept returned merchandise.

 i did not "overuse" the jacket I used it twice a week to go to and from school. I did not run around in the jacket or do anything dramatic.
it seems a bit ridiculous that after the way I used it it would fall apart

Review: I received in the beginning of the year 2014 a suit jacket as a present a few months after 4-5 the jacket fell apart.

when I contacted them they told me and I quote "This jacket is from several seasons ago. Unfortunately because this is an older jacket and without a receipt, we will not be able to replace the jacket. We can offer you a new men’s jacket for a discounted price at $150. " im a little bit disappointed that the jacket lasted less then a year and that they won't stand behind their product.Desired Settlement: refund at least half the amount of the jacket

Review: I ordered a dress from Elie Tahari's online store on March **, 2014. It cost $179.20. I tried the new dress on yesterday for the first time yesterday, and the zipper broke. I wrote to customer service requesting a refund, and they refused to provide one, saying that item had to be returned within 14 days with the tags on. The tags were on this bring new dress until yesterday, when I tried to wear it for the first time!Desired Settlement: Refund- Credit Card credit.

Review: I had a real bad experience with the purchasing of clothing from the Allen Premium mall stores of your brand.I bought some of the clothing which cost a lot to me and I found that some of them do not fit me and went back to the stores 2 days later of my purchase date to ask return or exchange. But they said no because it was final sale which word I did not recognize at that time because I did not hear anything about that on Saturday. They did not provide any kind information for this final sale stamp at the time of purchase two days ago.. They started to talk each other in a small voice and one of them whispered crazy and I was really upset but nothing I can do so, I went back to my house. I felt some of the racism from their small voice talking and making a face. One of the staff gave me a other jacket with different size and I hurriedly left that store. I felt some racism from their back biting attitude and I did not want to stay in a vicious feeling abounding stores. When I came back to my house I found that they did not remove security tag and I visited again the store next day.And I asked them I could not use other clothing because they does not fit me, but they started almost staring at me and said no. And while we are talking I found that a salesperson looking at me and said something and it made me upset I asked her to be quiet. The [redacted] called the police and security. Because I did not anything wrong I stayed until security arrive and ask the [redacted] what is the next step. She said I need to move out, I thought I cannot talk to her again and left the store and found the security was chasing me. I stopped at the parking lot and told him what had happened and policeman arrived . I told the policeman and security what had happened and they found nothing wrong with me. And I stayed over 30 minutes at the parking lot talking about what happened and released . Policeman go between me and store [redacted] and found nothing.Desired Settlement: Refund or exchange.
