I purchased my EliKing last year at a Home & Garden Show During that time I was suffering foot and knee pain from a recent fall and had a terrible time walking long distances The representative put the Eliking on my knee and it really helped I used it every evening for the following week and my pain was gone It also helped with cramp pains in my legs and stomach and neck and shoulder pains I love this product!

Got it as a gift on 8/16/does not work it is really bad quality ask for a refund it was refusedThey trouble shooted it now I have to send it bac
My daughter bought this from a local kiosk thereIt was gift to my husbandIt cost her $It does not work at allI asked for a refund on her credit card it was plainly refusedThey try to trouble shoot the thing but it did not workIt is a total rip offNow they want me mail to back to them to fix itThis is bad customer service
