Dear Concerned parties…
We have unfortunately received no response to our attempts to
contact [redacted] to resolve the problem. On July 11th 2014, we
performed bat exclusion for $857.50 with a one year guarantee with a $125
yearly renewal option that was complete. We also performed a bed bug/ bat bug
job on January 5, 2015 for $157.50. Next, we completed a bat follow-up and
supplemental bat bug treatment on February 19, 2015 for no charge. Please note,
the total charges for this work was $1015 and not the $2000 that [redacted]
claims.

Due to the nature of the deteriorated,  urinated and feces
filled insulation in the attic, two things must happen: First,  we offered
a free inspection to check the completed bat exclusion work and to see if there
is evidence of live bat/bed bugs (as stated earlier we received no response).
Second, if there is evidence of bats and/or bat or bed bugs, protocol in the
Commonwealth states that the attic must be cleared of all debris and items conducive
to a bat / bed bug infestation. Our company has both the man power and
industrial service if need be to handle this project. This is where the $2900
proposal comes in. When we received no response on the proposal, we offered him
a 20% discount. This brings us to present day with no communication with us and
this complaint to the Revdex.com several months after the fact.

Please keep in mind that we never received a response to the free
inspection that has to happen before we do anything. Additionally, the job
clean-out in the attic is arduous, needs industrial strength equipment, and
multiple workers – all which we are willing to do at  a discounted price.

All offers stated above
still stand as we are ready, willing and able to work with [redacted] in moving forward.

At this point, we have sealed the house to keep Bats
out.  We have done Bedbug extermination
and we have done Bat Bug extermination.
All of this work for $1,500.00, which was guaranteed at the time and the
Bat exclusion guarantee has now lapsed, but can be renewed for $125.00 as
stated on the original agreement form.
We have done all this work, lower than market value, for $1,500.00
including a free follow-up on February 19, 2015.  I think [redacted] misunderstands our
intent.  It is protocol and prudent, at
this point, to do a free inspection to see what activity exists. If there is no
Bat activity, then exclusion has done its job and $125.00 will renew that
contract for a year.
 If
there is no Bedbug or Bat bug activity all that is left is the attic clean-out
which is a big job with multiple workers and industrial equipment.  We are willing to give a 10% discount on the
clean-out work at the quoted price and when completed, do a preventative
maintenance Bat bug treatment in the attic (or where necessary) with
[redacted], the most efficient and effective all natural product on the
market.  This is not only fair, but it is
the right thing to do.  We will begin the
work upon request

I do NOT recommend calling Emininate'em for your extermination needs. They are a sneaky company. Not only are their technicians unprofessional, their corporate staff lies right to you and puts you off when calling about your account and credits that are due you.
I have never worked with a more disappointing service than Eliminate'em and would NEVER call on them again in the future. I was talked down to by their technician who had been out to my home to finish up loos ends on something he was supposed to handle a week prior and when I asked him what time he was coming when I called him the answer I got was: "When I GET there". The book keeping staff is trained by Mr. V[redacted] to lie to their customers and to put them off as long as possible regarding that $35 credit coupon that is on their web site. Don't be fooled = that coupon says nothing about it having to be presented at the time your quote is written up. I presented my hours after the technician left & I was told: "Sorry - it's to late". After much deliberation I was able to get them to "credit" me the coupon but it shouldn't have taken so much effort. They don't do the right thing by their customers, is my point. They want the coupon presented to the technician at the time he's writing up your invoice in his truck so that he can pad the final amount & raise it by $35 to let you think you just saved $35! There are MANY other services out there who exterminate homes and rid homes of unwanted pests = call one of them instead. Don't make the mistake I made!

+1

Review: I have employed this company for an extermination issue that they never resolved, at the total cost of about $2000. They now tell me that it will cost $3000 more to do the job properly.Desired Settlement: I want them to complete the extermination job without any additional charge incurred.

I am rejecting this response because: Hi [redacted] I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere in this process. Is this all I can expect from the Revdex.com, a facilitation of conversation? I appreciate the help, it's just that I don't feel like I'm going to get anything desired out of the process. Thanks [redacted]

Review: I contracted Eliminate'Em Pest Control Services LLC to come to my home to treat for ants on 5/10/2015. At that time price was never discussed. The technician came out and performed his services. At that time we went inside so he could write up the bill of sales. Again no mention of price. He present the price to me which was $422.74. I did not second guess or negotiate the price. I simply signed the bill of sale, gave him the credit card information and authorized charges of $422.74 to be applied to the credit card. On 5/13/15 my credit card was charged $456.96 by Eliminate'Em Pest Control Services LLC, a higher amount then the total price agreed upon. My credit card is set up to have the balance in full paid up on Thursday of every week. I did not have a time to look over the statement and dispute that charge before it had been paid. I called the billing office for Eliminate'Em Pest Control Services LLC 3 times before having to call the owner. He told me everything would be taken care of and his billing office would call me back. They did call me back, the woman on the phone told me that I was given a coupon price but she didn't see the coupon in the folder, this is why they charged me extra. I told her the technician presented the price and I paid it, I didn't ask for any discounts or coupons. She told me she would check into my file deeper and call me back. I never received a call back, I then called the office 6 more times and left multiple messages. The last message I left I gave them 24 hours to call me back and let them know I would contact the Revdex.com if they did not. It has been a week since that message and I still do not have a call back from them. Not only did they charge above the agreed upon amount but it has been nearly two months with over 10 phone calls to them, 1 call to the owner and no resolution or response. I have never experienced such poor customer service.Desired Settlement: Originally all I wanted was the overage of charges to be refunded to me. After spending two months trying to track them down and get a refund, which the owner had promised me I fee wither a full refund is in order or at least a $100 refund. My combined time trying to resolve this is worth far more than $100 and it should have never taken this long.

October, 2015: I recently had a problem with yellow jackets getting into my house, in between the walls. They were getting in through open spaces where 2 telephone lines came into the house. I looked in the yellow pages and saw the ad for Eliminate 'Em Pest Control. I liked the fact that they were family owned and operated, have been in business for 25 years, were available 24/7, and they had 3 local numbers to call. I called and they were at my home that day; I did not have to wait! Marco took care of the problem and he came back today when I called as he needed to caulk up the openings inside and out, so there won't be a problem next year. This company is professional, courteous, they get the job done, and I would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Marco! [redacted] Central CT
