Eliminator Pest Control

person I don’t know left a message about a guy in a condo who had a large animal in his attic. I was busy catching up since  I was off 2 days. I don’t take care of any animal larger than a mouse or a rat. I don’t trap squirrels, chip monks, bats, raccoons, or any other larger animals. On Wednesday i get a call from Mr [redacted] who says this right off the bat i’m surprised you answered the phone I figured you were out of business. I asked why he said I haven’t called him back and its been a week. I said I got the message on Thursday and was gone the nest few days. I told Mr [redacted] I don’t take care of large animals I don’t  have traps or anything like that. I stated I should stop out Thursday and take a look. I again told Mr [redacted] I would be able to stop by after noon because I had stops to take care of. I showed up at 2:30on Thursday in the meantime I asked about a way into the attic ? My [redacted] stated I could go in a crawl space in a bedroom. upon my arrival on Thursday i looked at the outside of his condo and visually did not  see any holes that a animal may have made. upon entering his condo we went upstairs to the bedroom with the access space and he had a ton of stuff on a shelf in the closet ad a shelf to take screws out. I walked out on the back deck and looked to see if I could see anything out back and I didn’t find anything. !5 to 20 minutes he was finally done getting the shelf cleaned off. I entered a 2 foot by 2 foot space to gain access to his attic. The attic has blown insulation in it and after 5 to 10 minutes in the attic I said I don’t see any droppings or holes for a animal. I suggested I could put 2 bait stations in the attic that were for mice and I did. I told Mr [redacted] “ if I was not busy on Monday I could check the stations for activity and if he heard the voice to call”.  I got called for some work in Milwaukee on that Monday. I did forget to call Mr parameter back because I was busy that week. Mr [redacted] called me on that Friday . I answered and said I was sorry but I was busy. He went on for 5 minutes about how bad of a business I had and how could ibe in business and I don’t cal people back this went on for 5 minutes was trying to tell him if I changed a few stops I could stop by Friday afternoon but he wouldn’t stop demeaning me. I then told him to go with another business I don’t need to listen to him talk that way to me and he hug up on me.So lets review:I don’t take care of large animalsI was on vacation for a few days and was talked badly about my businessi stopped by to help out the next day and thats not good enoughhe had done nothing to prepare so I could get into the atticHe states he will protest the bill ‘ I DID NOT BILL HIM FOR ANYTHING AS TO THIS MAY BE A LARGER ANIMAL AND I DON’T TRAP LARGER ANIMALS’.his phone call was demeaning and I don’t need to do business for people like that.
