In early July, 2014, I sent...

an on-line "information" to Revdex.com about a treatment for Bed Bugs that we found in our home. On July *, 20-14, Eliminex Pest Control, [redacted] gave us a full house heat treatment to correct our problem. It did not correct the problem and we sent the "information" to you until we could resolve the problem.
 
Eliminex returned three times with additional treatments through August *, 2014 to eliminate our pest problem. We believe that the last finally  worked. [redacted] of Eliminex at my request extended our guarantee for the work from October, 2014 to March **, 2015.
 
We are now informing Revdex.com that our problem has been resolved to our satisfaction and ask that you close out our informational complaint as such. Eliminex has been responsive, effective and courteous through this resolution and we would recommend them unreservedly.

Review: The following email ws sent this date to Eliminex Pest Control, Inc This is an informational copy to Revdex.com.

"To [redacted]:

On July *, 2014 we signed a contact for a heat treatment to eliminate our bed bug infestation. This was done by 3 young men on July *. It was sloppy and inadequate. After the treatment we found the couch, specifically, in our den was still infested. It was obvious it was not opened up sufficiently. We called for a follow up.

On July **, [redacted] from your company, came and confirmed that the couch was still infested and did a chemical treatment. We were leaving for a 9 day trip on July [redacted] said that the treatment and the lack of "food source" should solve the problem.

We returned yesterday and found the couch still infested. A live bug was captured ad a couple of dead ones found. My wife is understandably distraught being he victim of bites all last night. I am also disappointed that we spent $3800 for, in essence, nothing.

Please contact us ASAP and let's set up a final solution to our continuing problem. Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Final and complte elimination of bed bug infestation.
