Review: In November 2009 E-Link FianancialEquity received and cashed my check for $8,996.00 and $3,000 was remitted to them from my Visa for their advertising and expertise in making fianancial loans and mortgages. The total amout of $12,274.00 includes the initial website charges. There were numerous phone calls and reports of the business activities which I now realize were false and deceiving, In March 2010, I was told that I had one forclosure pending. Soon after that time, phones were disconnected and letters have not been answered. I do have a signed receipt from "Jessa" dated JUne 21,2010 and another registered receipt from "J.A " on Feb 28,2011. Both were addressed to 3150 N. 24th St, Ste 200, Phoenix AZ. All efforts to negotiate have been exhausted and I forsee a devestating future. Recent activity with the same owners give me hope that the company is still operating. There was not one cent returned to me. I am asking for a return of my money and when legal action if initiated there will be consideration added for their use of these funds plus fees to discourage this kind of criminal business. [redacted].Desired Settlement: What option do I have besides agreeing to their continued mis-use of these funds which I could never believe to be any different. The only other option is that Management will recognize the impact of deceitfiul and dishonest practices not only to their business but also to the lives of owners and the baiting-representatives who could be barred from operating in this Internet activity for a long time .
