SinusWars Enterprises Ltd(Canada) is a complete and separate entity of SinusWars LLC It purchases stock from SinusWars USA which it ships to its clientsDuring December 2014, SinusWars Enterprises Ltd(Canada) had a problem with its BC WarehouseAs a result, SinusWars LLC (USA) assisted it by sending orders to its clientsdirectly from the USAWe are told that the problem will be solved mid June The shipping times stated on all SinusWars websites are the times stated by the shipping companies (USPS, FEDEX and DHL)SinusWars LLC (USA) offers fast and economy shipping options with shipping times displayed, depending on the budget and time requirements of customers; certain options allow for customers to gettheir products within 2-days however shipping times are based on client selectionAll customer calls are monitored and whilst monitoring the calls received from this particular customer, each different call to our department seemed to be for adifferent problemWith regards to the currency charged in, in the past USA and Canadian currencies were on par however now this is not the case which promptedthe website to change accordingly to accommodate SinusWars Enterprises Ltd(Canada) till it has solved its BC Warehouse problem

*** ***So, clearly it was shipped by SinusWars LLC so I feel they should be held responsible Especially when nowhere on the Canadian site does it claim what I was just told in my response that they are just helping them out and having issues with their BC warehouse Oh and lets also mention this is how the charge looks on my credit card: SINUSWARSLLC*SINUS WILMINGTON DE USD @ 1.3101 I feel these are crucial things in that I would want to be given the option of waiting for it to be shipped from the other side of the country and to be charged in US funds from an apparently different company Also, both websites have the same phone number? Why if they are separate entities do they have the same customer service line Its been over days now and I have yet to receive my order I've emailed *** (an email provided to me I called in to cancel) regarding the fact that the package has not moved and is probably lost in the mail I've also emailed her numerous other times about my dissatisfaction with what is happened and I barely receive responses if I do I just really want to be refunded ASAP because I don't think I should have to pay for typos, lies, and mistakes
