Review: In February 2010 I had Elisio Inc., The Builders Pro, install seven new windows in my home. In January, 2013, I contacted the warranty company because one of the windows was cracked. In filling out the warranty paper work provided to me by the warranty company they require some information that was not provided to me while looking at all the paper work Elisio gave to me. I wanted to know if you had a telephone number for them since I have not been able to reach them by telephone. The telephone numbers they provided to me are not in service ([redacted]). The address you have is the address on my paper work. I found these two numbers on the website ([redacted]) they are not good. My question to you is Are they in good standing with Revdex.com and if so, can you provide me with their telephone number? Please let me know a response as soon as possible, thank.
Nature of complaint above choices are incorrect to my problem, but it would not allow me to continue until I chose one. I was not able to contact Elisio Inc., they installed the windows; I contacted the Warranty company.Desired Settlement: It is very inportant the they provide me with the information to give to the warraty company so that they would have correct size and make of window to have it replace.
