To your response, the techwho came out after you, did exactly what you said that's how I know you were wrong, I'm sure Travis tried his best, or maybe I should be communicating with the license holder instead of youBelieve me Sir I'm at the point where I'm going to put your business name out there and really let the public know what your company is all aboutI see you have no feed back from your ad in *** believe me I do my research, and about me cleaning my unit I do keep up with it not that it's any of your concern but we have had some set backs so don't tell me about cleaning my unitYou really! need some people skills it's not to late for someone like you

If [redacted] would read her policy instead of putting something on the Revdex.com she would know that Home Warranty does not cover dirty equipment and when we find dirty the warranty company will not let us check the Freon or add any Freon to her system the only reason the other company checked it is...

they don't work for her warranty company. It is called maintance on your equipment you have to maintain your equipment. With the coils being dirty you cannot check the system right anyway so that company did not help you either if they did not clean the equipment it will not cool propberly when dirty. Sorry you feel this way we have been working for your warranty company  for over 15 years and been doing business in your area for 25 years we do not cheat people or take there money and done work for a lot of elderly people and don't take your money we do a  good job and honest with our work

This is not expectable for me, Mr. Tim with Elite A/C  I want you to know that I have read my policy, this complaint is in no  regards to my policy but to the pictures your son supposedly took from my attic, not only did the other company take pictures as well but he also took me up to the attic at both ends of the house, and we saw no signs dirt or dog hair, I did see rust on the coil, but that picture you showed me I have no idea where you got that from. I know how these warranties work and how they pay companies like your self maybe you should think about pulling away from them because your service in my opinion stinks. I have never felt this way about a company,  I feel like I have been taken. Just maybe instead of letting your son go up in the attic you should have done it yourself to confirm the situation. You working with warranty companies for 15 years makes no difference to me there is always a first for bad mishaps I'm just sorry it happen to me. People will know about you through the Revdex.com.

The only way you can see the dirt on your Evap coil is to open it up and look inside of it and Travis the boy you talk about would not lie to you about pictures he took in a attic and we did not charge you nor would you pay to have your coils clean so your service fee was due through your warranty company so I did not as you say ripe you off in any way. We stand by what we say and see in the attic your warranty company has pictures too. You are the one breathing in dirt from the coils being dirty and you should have them clean every year or two always to keep it maintained and your home with clean fresh air it will clog up and cause damage to your coil as you stated it was rusted. Our company would not be around this long and doing work this long if we did not do good work. Sorry you feel the way you do but you have to maintain your equipment to keep it running right just like you should wash  your outside unit down every month or two to keep it clean too. I fell we did a good job for you in letting you know you need to maintain your equipment it is your choice that you do not want it clean and it will cause damage to the coil. We stand by our word.
