Hi ***, I appreciate you taking my call regarding incident #*** involving *** *** and his concerns regarding his current leased

I am rejecting this response because:
I understand the recall and who/what it is affecting This is not my problem; it is the dealer's and manufacturer's problem My problem is I paid $to drive and Acura from April to May, but was provided with a *** ***
Elite Acura or Acura Corporate violated the lease agreement and someone needs to make me whole againEither that or do nothing like you have done The latter will result in the termination of any further business I do with either

Tell us why here...*** *** stopped in on 9/17/with a failed battery but could not provide the receipt from his purchase Acura requires a receipt with a purchase date in order to process a warranty claim on the battery.*** *** stated that did not have the receipt any
longerGiven that we did not have the documentation required to process the claim , and in an attempt to assist him , we did contact Acura Client Relations to find out if there was anything we could do to process the claim without a receipt.Unfortunately the agent informed me that we could not process the claim under warrantyWe established a case # on *** ***s behalf and provided him with a phone number to reach Acura should he want to discuss it further with the agent.We then offered to sell *** *** a new battery at dealer cost and offered to install it at no charge in an effort to assist him in some way*** *** declined our offers of assistance

Review: Elite Acura Sold me a 2014 [redacted] RDX on 9-23-2014 in NJ contract #[redacted]. Elite agreed to Register and send paper work with title to the state of ** so I can register and drive this vehicle I have called and emailed them over and over It is six weeks.I can not drive it on the road with out a registration. They just keep giving me the runaround I paid $33.500.00 for the car and $993.00 for registration/title fee plus $299.00 document fees. They have not done anything.The salesmen [redacted] told me I can't keep calling Name of person that did the paperwork is The business manager [redacted] from Elite acura. what am I to do this has gone on for over six weeks and I can not drive this car.

Review: I bought a battery from them and it was under warranty and they didn't honor it 2 days before coming In I spoke to someone from elite Acura they ask for the sticker date on the side I gave it to them I had a new born in my car and the battery almost exploded I was very unhappy I was stuck on the side of the road on a hot day the battery was swollen they told me it was covered to bring the battery in but it will be a prorated charge of $40 I agreed...I go up to the dealership and now no one recalls talking to me about a battery or doing a prorated charge and can't find me buy the battery in the system and want me to find a receipt from years ago to bring it in I was so upset they was rude told me it was nothing they can do but the battery has there Acura logo "Acura precision battery" 100 months warranty they made me buy a new battery and took my other one their customer service level is terrible not very friendly was laughing and joking on a serious matterDesired Settlement: I want my money back for this and making me waste my time they should have charged me for a another battery when it was under warranty
