Review: Made original payment, received Invoice on 10/*/14. Made arrangement for final payment on adjustable bed on 10/**/14- Pament cleared on 11/**- was told bed would ship the next week about Wed [redacted]. Called back on 11/**- told would ship week of Nov **, they would let me know. Since then, I have received no calls or emails, have not been able to get through on phone-leave messages for call back only. Yesterday main phone off line. Today salesman phone off line (###-###-####. Since I cannot reach anyone, I can only assume that I am being ripped off.Desired Settlement: Since I have bad legs and need to be able to elevate them, I have been saving for this bed for a while- I am on a very limited pension. First and foremost I would like a bed, but since they seem not to be willing or are unable to suppy that, I would like my money back so I can buy one elsewhere.

At this time, I have not been contacted by elite adjustable beds regarding complaint ID [redacted]. However, I have heard from the person who handles the mattresses as a sub contractor for elite. He was rather upset about the situation. He made numerous calls to me, to numbers he had for the company salesman, and to the delivery company, numbers not available to you or I. Because of Him, in the end, I did get my bed and mattress. As of this date there has been no other contact or followup with the company I actually purchased from. I would not recommend this Elite Adjustable Beds Company to anyone, although the product seems to be fine, you don't need the stress. I did send you at the Revdex.com an E-mail right after I got the Bed explaining all this.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress set on Sep.**, 2014. We finally received the bed last Thursday,Oct.**. We were also to receive a complete sheet set (Split King) to fit the new double mattress bed. We never received the sheet set, and were told by the men from CRST specialized transportation delivery service,who delivered the adjustable bed frame, that it would come in the mail separately. Since it should not have taken more than one entire month to deliver a sheet set, I am convinced that we are never going to see it at this point. We have called customer service at Elite Adjustable Beds 5 times and have always gotten an answering machine. No one has yet to call us back to let us know any information regarding our missing product that should have accompanied our new bed. At this point, there is absolutely NO customer service with their company handling complaints. They just ignore the phone calls by using an answering machine and no one calls you back. I hope this is no indication of what it will be like if we have any problems with our adjustable bed in the warranty stage. It may not be a good idea to order online from a company on the internet. Our Reference number was [redacted].Desired Settlement: We would like to have the sheet set that was promised in the initial contract provided immediately or an appropriate refund applied to our purchase price of the bed and mattress set.

I have called them by phone using a customer service number and they have never responded with a call back. There is always an answering machine to leave a message. I was hoping that taking this avenue and posting a formal complaint would generate a response from them, but absolutely nothing has transpired.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I paid $2,700.00 for a bed and never received the bed. [redacted] was unable to use my debit card so he ask me to do a check via electronic. when I called about the bed he said it had gotten damaged and was waiting to get a replacement. Month later he said that they were having financial problems and he said he would pay me back. He sent me a certified check on 9/**/13 for $200.00 $250.00 on 2/*/14, $200.00 on 4/**/14 & $50.00 on 7/**/14. I have left him several voice mails and sent him a letter and have not received any response. I told him I would take a Queen bed in lue of the 2 twin longs I paid for. Any help you could give me would be greatly apprecieated.Desired Settlement: Refund or a bed

Review: I purchased 2 beds from this company over the internet. They advertised a in home sleep trail. We followed all the terms in that guarantee. When I tried to contact the company to get a RMA number to return the beds I keep getting a voice mail. After not getting my calls returned I finally spoke with someone who offered to give me a $200.00 discount to keep the beds I told the man I didn't want the beds that I had even called when the beds where sent to make sure they were the right beds and that they were not comfortable and I wanted a refund and he said I did not need the RMA that there web page said I did just to send the beds back to the address on the box. After that I tried calling several more times leaving my name and number but never got a call back so I sent a email and got a reply. After several more emails and phone calls they agreed to refund my money. I spent $300.00 sending the beds back [redacted]. After another week had passed I got a email asking for the tracking number. I sent them the tracking number and told him they had already received the beds I knew this because I had [redacted] get a signature when they dropped the beds off. after waiting for the refund that never came I again made call after call never getting anything but voice mail finally I got a reply from a email stating that he would only give me store credit. I told him store credit was not what I wanted that I needed a refund but they refuse. I have the emails and receipt from [redacted].

Can you please help me with this as I am paying interest on that money every month and I had to buy beds to replace those so a store credit does nothing for meDesired Settlement: I want a full refund for the 2 beds I sent back
