I accept the response but I want a letter or a bill with a zero balance something in writing saying I no longer owe them any money. I want it in writing or on a bill because there is nothing stopping them from telling you that they won't charge me and then waiting until the case is closed and turning this over to collections anyway.I also want them to return any copies of my drivers license and medicare card so there is less of a chance it can be used for identity theft or retaliation for this complaint. thank you Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/10/20) */ A zero balance statement was sent to the patient on October 16,2015. When I receive it that will resolve half the problem . I also want the copies they have of my drivers license and medical card returned to me . when I have the zero balance statement and my personal info returned to me than this will be resolved.
