I have a washing machine that stopped spinning, everything else was working. I was told it was the 'coupling' by the person who worked on it. He got it spinning, but it still rattled and moved. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, today, 4 times, with no results. No one has been here to repair it. The check was cashed, but I still can't use my washing machine. If you need a video I can send. It is so off balance there is no way I can use it. He has had 3 days to send someone, but hasn't. I tried calling the person who worked on it who gave me his number: *** who told me he would be over to fix it. He never showed up or called.
