possible, and have recently made changes to ensure this happens moving forward. We have received confirmation that the glass for your project will be completed Tuesday, 11/29. At this time, our scheduling department will be contacting you directly to setup install for you. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience through this process.

I still have not received any notice or scheduling to complete the project. I am still completely un aware of where we stand on this.

I can't accurately speak to the quality of their work however I can address their customer service. This company was working on a remodel at a neighbors house and one of their employees accidentally ran in to my curbside wall and damaged it. He was kind enough to leave a business card with directions on who to call. He directed me to the owner.
After multiple attempts to reach [redacted] he called me back and said he would meet me at my home. He came by to meet me and said he was happy to do the repair and make sure everything looked good as new, paint matched, etc... He then told me how great he and his company were and how they perform all these custom jobs and that he wouldn't tarnish his reputation over such a small incident. I found this odd because it seemed pretty simple; you run in to my wall, you fix it, end of story, not sure what your reputation has to do with it?. He told me that it would be done by the end of the week, it was not completed, I made a call, sent a text, and finally got in touch. He apologized and said he would have it done in the next two days.... this went on for about three weeks in which during that time he did not reply once to my calls or texts.
I finally called his office and spoke to his controller [redacted] and explained the situation, the resolution that was purposed, and the lack of follow up from [redacted]. She notified him and it must've sparked some action because two days later my wall was repaired. No phone call, no apology, nothing but a mismatched paint job with a very poor stucco repair. To this day the damaged area of my wall is sitting with a poor repair job and a mismatched shade of brown that is easily 5 tones off of the actual tan color of my stucco.
I purchased the home a month and a half before the incident and now I am having to pay a company to come out and fix the damage that his company caused and that he failed to take full accountability for.
If I see this company's name in any of my future endeavors I'll be sure to look the other way.
