In response to the above numbered complaint. The reason the wrecker lien was placed on the was Ms. [redacted] decided to not pay the bill when it was much lower. She's been verbally abusive to my employees cursing like trailer park trash. She was advised a couple days after the wreck that there was a...
bill and it was getting larger. She was also advised of the consequences of not paying. She's also not being truthful about not getting anything in the mail. We sent out registered letters to her, if she moved or has a different address then what dmv has that's not our fault that again she didn't live up to her responsibilities and notify dmv as required by law. She contacted [redacted] during Thanksgiving week, after not paying for over a year. She expects my company to stop everything and take care of her. She was advised that my wife was ill and was not going to be in. Susan is the only one to handle the wrecker liens in our company. It's amazing to me she's concerned about the alleged 9 days but not concerned about paying her bills on a timely manner! We after all have waited more then a year for our money. She also needs to realize a collection agency will be contacting her for the balance of monies owed. She would not have allegedly missed work if she had of taken care of this after the wreck, she decided to use a lot of profanity at my employees. I do apologize that we don't tolerate that and that she decided to not pay the bill. She should think about being responsible for paying her bills in a more timely manner. She's the one who decided to try to scam us we are the ones who did the work of cleaning the accident scene towing and storing her car, she's the one who caused the accident I believe.
