This customer made an appointment for 9-12-for the switch replacement and did not show up.They then made an appointment for 9-14-for the switch replacement and did not show upThenmade the appointment for 9-16-for the switch replacement and added a belt squeal noiseTheswitch was replaced and we found the belt to be worn, recommended replacement, which they agreedto and it was doneWhen they came to pick up the car, it would not startWe used a jumper box to startitAt that time the owner/technician found the battery terminal cables dirty, he offered to have themcome back to have them cleaned at no chargeThey left, and came right back saying the turn signal lightwas on the dashThey checked a few things in the parking lot and leftShe then called, saying the beltwas squealing, and we told her she would need to return to have us look at itThere were phone callsbetween her, her fiance, and my two service advisors and myselfShe was told that we would look at allthe issues and there would be no charge if they were all related to the switch installation, if they wereseparate issues, we would have to charge a diagnostic feeAppointments were made on 10-3-2016,10-25,2016, both were no showsAnd we heard no more from them Upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com (on 1-3-2017), I reached out to the customer that evening at6:40pm regarding her wish to have the issues repairedI asked her about making an appointment andshe became argumentative and confrontationalI asked her if she wanted us to fix the car or she couldhave a full refund and take it somewhere else that she would be happyShe stated that she shouldn'thave had to write a letter to get me to call herI did point out that she had made appointments and hadnot shown up for themI told her I cannot fix a car or see what has happened if she does not bring thecar to usShe then threatened to file a lawsuit after I tried to rectify this situation She again brought up the fact that her fiance has been coming to us for years and has spentthousands of dollarsI did point out that I have only been in business since Oct1, and he has onlybeen to us for maintenance repairs, totaling less than $I told her I just wanted to clarify heraccount of his history, since she used that as an example Brenda B [redacted] Owner/Office Manager
