Hello,My name is [redacted] ***, I am the Operations Manager at Elite Auto Financing, LLCI have read through your complaintI apologize that we were unable to help you obtain financing for a vehicleI have spoken with [redacted] who heads our sister location on [redacted] **Their are a few reason we were unable to secure financing for youI am happy to discuss this with you if you would like to call me at my office in [redacted] at ###-###-####When I called you the other dayYou got off the phone rather quick and stated you needed to contact your attorneyI'm not quite sure why you would need an attorneyYou simply were a prospective client Your desired settlement is to know what happened with your accountWhen I spoke with [redacted] she stated that her office tried to make contact several times on the phone number provided without successIf you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me[redacted] ***Operations Manager

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! This place is the biggest scam and all the men that work there don't want to help, they just want to hit on youI bought my SUV from them a little over a month ago and since the first day the a/c on the passenger side didn't work and the truck shakes if I go faster than So I had to wait over a month "for the part to come in" When I brought it this past Sat, March 14, thy said "ok it will take an hour and a half to fix" then minutes later came back out and said they would give me a car to drive for the day and my truck would be ready by the end of the dayI told him even if you can't fix it put it back how it was because I have kids and I cant fit them in a carTwo different people assured me it would be put back togetherAs I'm driving the rental car on the freeway it sounded like something under the car snapped I immediately got over to the side of the freeway when it started making a loud clunking sound and luckily there was a police officer who was able to tell me that the car was not drivable so I had to slowly drive it off the freeway with my twin daughters 2yrs old, my niece and my other daughterFinally when were able to pull over we then waited an hour for them to send someone to get us which is ridiculous considering we were only just a few miles awayThey never once apologized or anythingSo they take me back to the dealership and tell me the mechanic went home and if I wanted to drive my truck I would have to take it with the dashboard COMPLETELY OFFI was very upset at this point and said I'm not leaving until someone puts my truck back together how I brought itThey had males speaking to me at once to try and intimidate me, once I started getting upset they started laughing saying "ohh I like them fiesty" then asking me where I'm going for my bday instead of dealing with the issueEverything is a joke to themI told them "This isn't right, I was told I would have my truck to drive home" He said "Sorry, I never said that" So I left the lot with wires hanging out everywhereThey so carelessly threw all the screws and pieces in tht a screw was in the cigarette lighter and sparks started flying everywhere!! These people are heartless and didn't care because it doesn't effect them they didn't just spend their savings as a single Mother to get a truck for all their kids to fit comfortablyI just put $down a little over a month ago and they couldn't even put my dash back togetherNot to mention they losty drivers license and told me "Its not our problem, go get a new one" I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Elite Auto Financing had wonderful customer serviceI was treated very fairly and would be another car from them ***

Without a doubt the worst customer service in Arizona, if not the USA, (worthy of a cheap T.V 'sitcom', if any script writers are reading this) read other BAD reviews else where, but they had a truck I liked the look of, so I thought I would phone and ask the price as for some reason they didn't state it in their ad.
Several calls later before they finally picked up the phone, a guy called Mike was immediately VERY sarcastic to me when I asked why they had no price displayed (was it sold, not available for some reason ?) then to my amazement HE HUNG UP ON ME !!
I phoned back two mins later to ask why he would do such a thing to a potential serious customer who was about to make a considerable purchase, but I was immediately greeted with the response "OH, IS THIS THE [redacted]"
Needless to say were 'done' with this so called business, no shortage of vehicles for sale in the valley !
Would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Mike for making me aware WELL IN ADVANCE, what kind of service I could expect if I had bought from them !!

Initial issue with vehicle repaired under implied warranty which is 500 miles or 15 days whichever comes first on major malfunction. Consumer now has another problem in which I stated to bring vehicle down for a diagnosis. I also stated that if it is related to initial issue I would cover it....

Consumer never has brought vehicle down. Consumer has now received documentation from our attorney regarding and unpaid balance of down payment and now makes a complaint against company.

I will reimburse her for our cost for a hub assembly. The cost is $110.  I also will give her $50 dollars for the tow.

Elite Auto Financing had wonderful customer service. I was treated very fairly and would be another car from them [redacted]
