Elite Auto Imports, Inc. Reviews (1)

Thank you for looking over this matterThe customer did indeed purchase a vehicle from ***te Auto Imports on 4/12/after negotiating a deal at $24,purchase price compared to a KBB Retail value of $29,and at the time wholesale value of exactly $26,The vehicle was
purchased by ***te Auto Imports on December 01, as a guaranteed vehicle at *** Auto Auction with no damage disclosures (documentations may be provided as needed) Often, as a standard business practice, our company will liquidate some inventory that has reached over days old in inventoryAt this point this vehicle was over days old, thus our loss of $2,is the buyers gainGood timing for the buyer, not so much for the seller We do not participate in any major repairs on vehicle and do not acquire any cars with any significant damage to repairHowever, as all the dealerships of used vehicles, we do put our cars through reconditioning processIf there is a scratch deep enough that we can not touch up to look excellent we would send them in to an outsourced body shop to respray that panelSometimes, as a common procedure with colors that have metallic in it, a blend must be done onto the next panel to make a smooth transition blend. This vehicle did not have any panels painted while in the ownership/possession of our company, and we did not notice any indication of paint workWe are not saying that there might not have been a panel(s) resprayed, however, we do not have a certified mechanic or a auto body man on staff nor do we claim to have one, therefore all our vehicles regardless if with remainder of manufacturer's warranty or without are sold with an "AS - IS" buyers guide disclosure and are indeed sold "AS IS." We have a clearly visible disclosure forms and definitions posted on the wall of our office stating: SOLD AS IS MEANSSold "With all Faults"The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods is with the BuyerShould the goods prove defective following their purchase, the Buyer and not the Manufacturer, Distributor, or Retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.FORM 20391.Our company is closed on Sundays as we are a small company and it's our only day off to spend time with our familiesI am very grateful to the customer's for serving our country and our community as I have also worked in Sutter Roseville Medical Center Trauma Neuro Unit for two years and I can respect the risk they take and the service they provideAnd we also work very hard to earn some kind of living for our familiesThe sale of this aged unit was a loss to us and we must work a lot more to get to zero as a company before we make any money to be in the positive On April 30th (Sunday) the buyer called me on my personal cell phone and expressed their concernImmediate speculations were made that this vehicle was involved in an "accident" and that someone as the buyer said has said to them that this vehicle may have been in an accidentThis was a surprise to me and as I was driving behind the wheel in my travels I asked to look into this matter as I get back into the office and double check on the fileThe customer continued to express the thought that this vehicle was in an accidentIn response to the speculations, I said that just as the accusation to us we can also make an assumptions that anything could have happened to the vehicle in the time the customer has had the vehicle, but I asked to let me get to work on Monday and look into this matterAnd as we were talking I travelled outside of any coverage and the call was lostI attempted to call back but had absolutely zero serviceThis was most likely presumed as "hanging up" on the customerI apologize for the poor telephone service provider I haveAnd I can agree with the customer, if I was to hang up, I would also consider that as an absolutely rude action and poor customer service.By Monday morning the buyer has submitted negative reviews in multiple agencies expressing accusations of the situation in an attempt to ruin the business. On Monday, the buyers's husband (who was also on the conference call or present on the call the may have been on speaker) did confirm a time and stopped by our office to look further into this matterI personally was present and met up with himWe looked over the vehicle very closely together and did not find any indications of previous damagesI cannot guarantee but perhaps the person that "used a paint meter" on this vehicle is not properly trained with the use of the tool and may have caused frustration to our customer and escalated the situationI personally apologized to the customer for any misunderstanding and along with an apology offered a compensation of $(that was cashed by the customer) for the inconvenience of taking the time to remove any negative feedback to our business on all agencies that the negative review was submitted toIn conclusion, we feel that agreements were made and the matter was resolved, and that the negative feedback and complaint to Revdex.com is an unfair practice and should not reflect on our company profile.Best Regards,*** ***
