NO 1 ABS Brake system went out in 2 weeks. Caused by rust underneath
No 2 Left rear brake locked up causing replacement Same
No 3 Brake line rusted out almost causing a accident Same
No 4 Starter rusted and stopped working Same
No 5 Master cyl quite working due to rust in the brake lines. All these cost me approx $800.00

All this and much more rusted item underneath. Mech said it was a danger to drive because the Gas line was covered with rust and would go any time.

I know tha I signed a lot of papers when I got the Truck but none of them were explained to me. I would like them to buy the Truck or fix all the rusted parts and Pay me for all that I have spent on the Truck . Underneath the Truck looks like it has been in a flood its so rusted..

The company sold me a dead car and won't let me exchange it or get a refund. I purchased the car on 3/17/2014, for $4,000 cash, when it seemed to have no issues (what I presume to be a very temporary fix). The day after it died for the first time. Two days after, the car broke down in the middle of a highway, putting my life in danger. Three days later the car dies whenever in idle and the engine light is on. The car is an '02 Saturn. The name of the salesman is [redacted]. He has offered to take the car back and fix mechanical issues. I do not trust him, his company, or the mechanic. Other reviews on the company show that their 'fixes' are terrible, as they have used glue and tape on hoses, among other examples. They will not allow an exchange or refund. This is a difficult situation, as the company is based in southern Raleigh, while I live in Wake Forest, and work twelve hour nights in Durham. I NEED a functioning vehicle. At this point I'm using my old car, with a failing transmission and engine, over this new purchase. Desired SettlementI want a full refund, unless they can offer a far better deal in exchange of this vehicle (

WATCH OUT: Though this appears a small town car place, I was disappointed in their customer service. I was treated like a silly woman who couldn't make up her mind, who didn't understand the way the car sales business works. They were unwilling to work a decent trade in (to a car they SOLD me), and claimed "reprocessing fees" and other terms that seemed an excuse for them just to charge me more money. Don't expect them to be logical with you as a customer; they just want your money.
