Bait and switch tactic, complete dishonest, commit to one price then call and demand more money for service,found services elsewhere for correct price
Alvin Dario at Elite Auto Shippers texted and emailed incessantly to provide the service of transporting my auto, after I agreed on terms, Monday October 28, order number XXXXXX-KM, on Thursday as my time was running short, I needed the vehicle moved from dealership, they said the driver demanded more money, which is a complete lie, I started to contact other shipping services and on the central dispatch location where all the jobs are posted for transport, I received a number of other correct offers for the correct and agreed price, this company just used bait and switch to get you on board then extorts you for more money to pad their pocketbook. After I canceled the service request, because they did not provide the service for the agreed price, they also refused to refund my deposit and to also top it all off, they charged a deposit that I did not authorize, complete crooks, I should have researched more online reviews because they do this all the time it appears, according to others.
I want my deposit refunded that were charged illegally to my credit card, without my consent, i want the deposit refunded, because the service was not provided.
Mostly incorrect. Yes we had to increase the price after our initial quote of $1475 to find him a driver. We had to increase to $1775. The customer wasn't thrilled but given the situation he committed via text that we should "reserve the carrier for $1775, but keep looking for one at our initial $1475 price." This is a commitment to $1775 but if $1475 is available obviously take it. Service provided. But unbeknownst to us he was looking for another carrier in the meantime. We were just his back up plan at this point. Another broker was able to get him a driver at a cheaper price and he called to cancel. Which is in violation of our contract which he signed. Once the carrier is assigned the deposit is non-refundable. Since our initial deposit on the signed order form was $200, but we charged $275, legally we have refunded him $75, which we have done.

CONSUMERS BEWARE, I have the exact same carrier service for the original price now from a reputable broker that did not change the price or the service or the deposit as my timeframe got short. See other reviews and beware this is how Elite Auto Shipper operates with consumers. I am not under contract with them for 1,775, if they wanted to raise the price they should have sent me a new contract, they also charged a higher deposit hoping it would slide by, to further pad their profit, since that is how they are paid. It is completely evident, they have no intention of honoring their word, they lied about the "driver demanding more money," he did not. They did not provide the service contracted and have stolen my money, literally. I want the rest of my deposit returned.
I am impressed by their service I received in transporting my car from Cleveland Ohio to New Jersey. Someone reached out to me to explain how things work from start to finish and it turned out exactly the way it supposed to be. Driver reached out to me on phone and gave a time window when he will be arriving to pick up my car. I dropped my car and gave him the key and he took care of the rest. It was delivered at New Jersey on the same day and again driver reached out to me directly and promptly delivered. Everything was smooth and organized. Couldn't have been any happier.
Deposit for transport service. They could not find a truck to pick my vehicle on the date I needed and would like my deposit return in full.
I asked to have my vehicle transported and was told they can transport my vehicle on the date I needed. They could not find a driver and my vehicle was never picked up. I requested a refund and all I'm getting is the run around. I spoke to multiple people in the office including my sales rep Hector and all They can tell me it's in process, takes a few day. Few days went by still no refund, contacted them again and now they are telling a week for a refund. I asked for a confirmation of this refund and they have nothing they told me to take their word for it and wait a week. All I want is my refund for my deposit on a service they couldn't provide.

My first time shipping a car for relocation. Everything went downhill quickly with my household items but Elite Auto Shipper did not fail me. My car was picked up on time and this nightmare with moving is ended in a good note when my car pulled into my driverway safely and in perfect shape. All made possible with the Elite Auto Shipper staff!
Elite gave good service. Our third time using them this year. Communication was constant, I can always reach someone at their office. And each driver they assign is just as nice as the last. Great company to deal with, I recommend their services.
We used Elite Auto SHipper to transport our GMC from Detroit to Chicago. Our car was picked up on time and delivered safely. We just bought a 1991 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur II in Tennessee and needed it transported to Maine. After checking with several transport companies, we chose Elite Auto Shipping. The price was great, the transit time was perfect, and they did not disappoint us. The car was picked up on time and delivered exactly when they said it would be. We have shipped cars from all over the US and a number of them from Europe, and I can say without hesitation that this was the easiest move we have ever had. They are AAA+++!

This complaint was left to us incorrectly. We are Elite Auto Shipper not Elite Auto Shipper or Elite Auto Transport. I checked our recent history and this is not our customer nor do we have a Mr. that works for us. Please check your records.

I never approved for them to pick my car up from Colorado so I find out they have my order and I keep calling them to remove it and they are telling me they did but they did not. Avoid them by all cost!!!!!! I called them several times sometimes they don't answer had to call from multiple phones

We had an order to ship the exact year, make and model for a different customer and Mrs. for thought it was for her order. The pick up and delivery locations for both orders were different and that let us know they were different cars. Hence we could not take down the order since we never had her order to begin with, just a case of misunderstanding.
