Review: I went to the auto shop to have a bolt cut off, so that I could get a back alingment back. Instead I receive a check suspension and a adjustment to the bolt. I was charged $39.95 for a I service that I didnt ask for. I called them on the phone to make them them aware that the service they had done on my vehicle wasn't what I needed. I was told by [redacted] at the auto service place that I wasn't going to get a refund for the service that received on my vehicle. I explained to him that it was over price to begin with and that it wasn't what I asked for in the first place.

I'm making this complaint about my service I received because I feel as if I just wasted money on something that I didn't need and so that other customer won't have to go though the same thing that I'm going though.Desired Settlement: $39.95 Back
