about this in the future as I will NOT be dealing with this company nor any of the brands they offer again.

Review: Purchased an action camera in November. It never worked. After numerous attempts to contact Customer Service I got authorization to return the camera for repair. I have proof of delivery for Dec.[redacted]. They requested 10 business days to give me a response on the repair. After 3 attempts to contact customer service and no response I am hoping Revdex.com will help me resolve this issue. At this point I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: refund

Review: Bought a waterproof camera from [redacted] online (Bell+Howell Splash HD Video Camera SN: AE2002109)in July of 2014. Didnt use it until a family vacation in Jan of 2015 and the "waterproof" camera leaked while using it well under the recommendations of the instructions, causing it to flip the image in teh side view screen to be permanently upside down. In March I was FINALLY able to track down contact information on who does warranty work, and sent in the camera on March *, 2015. It was recieved by them via [redacted] on March [redacted] and signed for by someone named "[redacted]". Since then I have been told it would have to be replaced as it was a manufacturers defect but I would have to wait as they are out of them. It is now almost July, almost 4 months later and still no camera. I have messaged a lady [redacted]) who told me after 3 months to wait 2 more weeks. I did and emailed her again at which time they sent me a [redacted] tracking number that hasnt moved for over a week now ([redacted]). Emails since then have NOT been answered. I can also find no other contact inforamtion out side of the afore mentioned lady and the 800 number they have goes to her.Desired Settlement: Since I had purchased extra batteries and memory cards for that model of camera I would like a BRAND NEW, WORKING camera, for which I paid and never received. If that isnt possible a full refund.

Review: Bought a new Bell and Howell Rogue video camera from [redacted] in May. In July the camera quit working and the [redacted] seller said to contact the company for warranty. I contacted the company and they told me to send the camera in for warranty work. After a couple of weeks I called and they said the camera was covered under warranty and would send me a new one. Another 2 weeks went by and I called again and was put on hold for over a half an hour. The customer service rep finally told me they were out of stock and would have the product back in stock by Friday, which was almost 2 weeks ago. I still have not heard anything or received my warranty product.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded or a new replacement product in the next 7 days. I believe I have been patient for long enough.
