Review: Sky Lights installed - wood around them left hanging, dropping insulation.

Ceiling and wall plastered, cracks appeared soon after.

Patio enclosure storm door installed - won't close.

Patio enclosure plexi-glass panels too tight, warping, one is scratched from installation.

Sidewalk placed, eggshell cracks appeared.

Porch railing and posts installed are too short.

Review: This company did not complete the contract dated December 2010 and was asked to refund or settle so that part of the money will be send back to my mortgage due health related issues and I was out of job for eleven months until now this company headed by Mr. [redacted] Johnson has been hanging the phone when I call including Mr.[redacted] whom they referred me for settlement.Please I need your help I am paying a lot for mortgage payment.ThanksDesired Settlement: To minus the money for the touch up job they did and the rest of the money refunded so that my mortgage will be less I have children in college with only one job Thanks

On 7/10/2010 [redacted] entered into a contract

with Elite Builders HVAC,Inc to remodel her house. We had to do extensive work to the home in order to get her a mortgage (work not on contract) After the work was done and the mortgage closed Elite Builders rebated a check for $19,811 .02,after which we were ready to complete the rest of the work on the home-windows were measured+ ordered+ payed for by Elite Builders. Those windows were specially made for the openings, Elite Builders tried numerous times to contact Miss. [redacted]- leaving many phone messages on home

and cell phone also, left notes+ samples door 4-front porch, went back the notes were gone and samples gone, left more notes-i- messages with no answer or return calls. 3 years later Miss, [redacted] calls [redacted]and says she wants her money back to which [redacted] told her that we

will finish what work we can , but we cannot give you money back- and she was told a couple of times we would finish the work but cannot give you money back. She said she did not want us to complete work only I want my money back. 1 year later she is a Revdex.com complaint- there is a 3 day right to cancel on the contract, and after all this still refuses service and wants her money back.
