We hired this construction company to build a pool, deck, bar, landscape, pergola and outdoor lighting. Our total was $38000. We have paid over $36000 and the project has not been completed. The contract was signed on sept 22, 2017 as a 30 day project after permitting. The contract has very specific details that have continually been ignored, changed or done incorrectly. This company had damaged our home in multiple places as well as our neighbors and refuse to cover the expenses to rectify it. They said they were an established company with years of experience and I went on sun biz the other day to learn this company was established in June of 2017- months before we contracted with them. The owners are rude and have cursed and disrespected my family including my mother. They have even threatened to cancel an inspection date just to prolong the work that needs to be done. I have a very long list with each and every issue detailed that I will attach to this complaint. Furthermore they halted all work on our home for NO REASON. They basically tole our money when we have always paid on time. We paid over 3600 to not even have 1 element completely from the contracting date of september t not in january.

Refund We want our money refunded for the incomplete pool, deck, back yard landscaping, the pergola, the bar, the electrical and lighting work, tree removal, damages tour sprinklers, water bill paid, damages to the neighbors yard, fence damage, front landscape damages as well. We also would like this record documented to make other purchaser aware of the issue we have dealt with the far.
