I spoke with [redacted] over the phone the delay has been due to moving issues with their old building. At this point the part has been replaced.

Review: I purchased a paper cutting machine from this company in November 2013.There are issues with the machine and I have been trying to contact the company since mid-November.The first couple of times I called I did receive a return call.For the past several weeks now the company will not return my calls or respond to my e-mails.I paid over $4,000.00 for this machine and was told it was fully waranteed for the first year.The day I picked the machine up (a Friday afternoon) I was told that they did not have a copy of the warranty on hand but would e-mail it to me the following Monday. I never received a copy of the warranty (this is one of the reasons I have been trying to contact them). The primary contact was a person named [redacted] and I also spoke several times with a person named [redacted].The company did not provoide a manual for programming the machine. I have been trying to get help with some programming steps and now I am very concerned about any future need for service on the machine. When I asked [redacted] who I should call if I needed service, she replied that I should call her directly. I have left countless messages and sent a number of e-mails. Please help!ThisDesired Settlement: Either I need access to service for this machine or I would like to return it for a full refund.

Review: I purchased a paper cutter on [redacted]. I was contacted by the company and they upsold me to a more expensive model because they said I would not be happy with the one I purchased. Within a week of receiving the paper cutter, it malfunctioned. I made numerous requests for a service person to come on site to fix it. Finally, after multiple pleas for help, a technician arrived. He worked on the paper cutter for two days and still could not resolve the issue. Since the cutter only worked for one week, I requested a new machine. After 3 months of asking for a replacement, I finally received it in February (5 months after my purchase and initial complaints). Within 6 weeks, the replacement machine was having issues as well. I again asked for a technician to come fix the cutter. The company would try to help us fix it on our end, but it was too complicated. It took another 3 months to finally get a technician on site. Two techicians arrived to repair the machine and after 3 hours of working on it, they could not get it to perform as advertised. It is now June 2014, 9 months after my initial compaint, and I am no closer to having thepaper cutter working properly than I was a week after purchase.Desired Settlement: I woud like to return the paper cutter to them and receive a refund on my credit card. I do not want a replacement machine, as we have gone down that road before and once the new one breaks, I know they will not help me service it.
