First off thank you for your response and apology however as I explained in my complaint we were told if we purchased Careington Ins my service with your company wld be reducedI did purchase the [redacted] Careington InsI not only wanted my tooth extracted but also was planning to have additional things done once the extraction was over unfortunately due to the mistreatment I received I called & cancelled the ins on my way home from the appt bcuz in the foreseeable future I wasn't coming back to Aspen DentalThe billing statement currently shows [redacted] but that's w/the assumption ins wld b paying a share of the servicesI did have a policy # which I gave to [redacted] yet since I called & canceled it Careington will not be paying you what you charged them and I also will not be paying the amt ins is going to deny due to cancelled coverageAgain I do appreciate the apology that in itself was one thing I felt I deserved after that visitI am glad you credited the current bill but I don't think I should have to pay ANYTHING for the visit so I am asking that the bill be completely settled out at a zero balance including the charges ur waiting on ins to cover & they will not be doing soIf you would agree to be sure I don't receive any future bills for the visit then I am satisfied with thatIt saddens me to no longer be an Aspen Dental customer due to this incidentI do hope something positive comes from this & you can teach employees that everyone has bad days but in customer service you have to keep your anger & personal issues under control till you are in a proper environment to ventAs you can see one bad day for the blonde I dealt w/that day upset me enough to write this complaintI have not been to Aspen in a few yrs due to my fear of dental work but as soon as my tooth pain was intolerable I came to AspenI have had some extensive work done w/o ins such as my partial dentureSome w/ins but I pd cash w/o ins for most services & denture's when uninsuredI came to you when I needed my tooth pulled & was in hopes you cld alter my partial denture bcuz it hooked to the tooth I needed pulledI don't know what to do w/it nowI didn't want to buy a new denture bcuz when you made my partial yrs ago I was told the tooth it hooked to was showing a small amt of decay but don't stress if I lost the tooth the partial cld be changed to accommodate the missing toothI asked the other dentist I ended up using to pull the tooth if they wld modify it & sadly for me they won't since it wasn't made by themI need that partial to chew bcuz the right side of my mouth has a broken tooth stopping me from eating on that side & without the partial in the left I can't chew there so I am now chewing w/my front teeth it's not easy let alone my fear of damaging my front teeth bcuz they are not made for everyday food chweingThat day in your office caused me not only emotional upset but financial upset being I can't use nor find anyone to fix my partial denture so I hve to front tooth chew till I can buy a new partial bcuz no one will alter the one I purchased w/cash from your companySo with all that said I hope the blonde girl junderstands that her having a bad day hurt the company & myselfMost everyday is a bad day for me as I am only 40yrs old & disabled yet I don't go around getting nasty w/people bcuz I am sick & in pain so she needs to remember there's always someone worse off then she is & now thanks to her bad day I have added stress & upset over my partials!
