After the discussion regarding Mr. [redacted]'s concerns, he was offered a settlement in the amount of $465. Mr. [redacted] accepted the settlement offer and his account will be...
considered paid in full once the $465 has been paid.
The adjustments have already been posted to his account and he should receive a new bill shortly reflecting the rate of $465.00. ERLC has agreed to allow Mr. [redacted] the option of paying the new balance in monthly payments until paid in full.
