All I get from these people are Lies about where my puppy is.
I have tried to reach out to this company about the whereabouts of a puppy I bought and I can never get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. I had one returned call today and I told the man that I wanted to know when I could expect this puppy to be delivered and he told me he would call me back but has not. When I tried to call the seller I get the same recording as this shipping company and again no return call or anything. I paid 474.99 for this puppy including shipping but feel like I'm being scammed. Please help

Shipping company was supposed to supply quick (same day or over night) shipping and delivery for a pet- corgi puppy 10 weeks old. I was given tracking number *** and was sent an email that they required a specialized F1 Electric Ventilation crate in order to ship the dog, that the crate was $950, with $902 refunded upon delivery. Once that was paid it was stated that they needed us to obtain a $5000 insurance policy before they would ship the dog. This was started on 4/16/2020. No delivery has ever been made and no refunds have been collected.
