They keep calling on my cell phone looking for different people saying that they took out a loan. This last call they said I took out a loan which I didn't.Desired SettlementTo be assured that a loan has not been taken out in my name and they would stop calling me.

Did not refund $798.00 per their promise and policy. No wont return calls or answer phone....Purchased two [redacted] money cards that were required to prove that I had means to do a loan with them. They said money would stay on the [redacted] cards and would not be accessed. Confirmed that they did business with [redacted] all the time. When the final step came they stated had to go to [redacted] and pay a transfer. Said that I was not interested in this and not going to pay any fees. Gave me 3 options to cancel and get a refund. Which was wait 15 days and a full refund would be given. This was on 9/20/13. It is now 10/23/13 and no refund yet. They now will not return calls.Desired SettlementWant my money back, full refund without any bogus fees.

I signed up for a cash advance and was called this morning from someone named [redacted] at Elite Cash Advance telephone number [redacted]. I was told I was approved for a cash advance loan of $3000 and that all I had to do to receive the loan was purchase a [redacted] for $190.00 that was just for verification. That it would be refunded to me and that I had nothing to worry about no one was going to take my money. She said when I got the [redacted] they would transfer me to another person who would then take my information for verification purposes and then transfer the loan amount. When she transferred me to the other person didn't get a name that person told me I had to purchase another [redacted] for $340 to pay a commercial transfer fee of bank to bank wire transfer for the $3000. When I said I could not do that because I did not have the $340.00 to buy another [redacted] they told me thank you for doing business with them they appreciate the $190.00 I gave them and that I just lost my money and hung up on me. When I called back some man got on the phone they all sound like foreigners Chinese or something said his name was [redacted] and that he was the bank manager he laughed when I told him what happened asked if I wanted his information laughed some more and then proceeded to tell me over the phone I just been robbed thanks for doing business with them.Desired SettlementI would like my money back but more importantly I would love for the Feds or someone to do an investigation into this company and shut them down from doing business online. They have all of my information including my bank account information. Please get back to me soon. I didn't see there rating before filing this complaint, someone really should do something.
