Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint We have received your information and are happy to provide a response.We were first contacted by Ms*** in July After sending over a quote, Ms*** contracted our services This was solidified by
deposit on 8/1/16, in the amount of $ In December 2016, Ms*** phoned our offices and left two messages These were logged on December 9, This coincided with our busiest day of the year, and we did not have the opportunity to discuss the matter with Ms*** on that date We noted that Ms*** had called, and set her account up for a cancellation of her party We subsequently received an additional phone call from a gentleman representing himself to be Ms*** fiance We expressed to him that we had "been in communication" with Ms*** and that a refund was forthcoming This was later misconstrued to infer that we had spoken with Ms***, when we had not We had received her request, honored her wishes, and had simply not had the opportunity to communicate one and the same to Ms***.Due to the length of time between the deposit and the date of the cancellation, we were unable to immediately process a refund to Ms*** credit card This was not indicative of any intention on the part of Elite to deprive Ms*** of her refund Instead, this was the result of greater than days passing from the receipt of the deposit, which is outside of the window of time that our credit card processor can refund a payment. This payment was subsequently charged back to Elite, and we did not dispute the chargeback Because this was initiated by the client, it appears that ultimately a refund was processed We have confirmed that Ms*** has been fully refunded Our follcommunication has been immediate, and Ms*** has not contacted us since this action was taken.We regret that Ms*** cancelled her party, and hope to serve her in the future We are offering a 10% discount to her, should she wish to reschedule her event This offer will remain valid for up to one year.Going forward, we would remind Ms*** and all of our customers, of Elite's cancellation policy, which requires cancellation in writing, and to be mutual We have a liberal rescheduling policy, and had we been given ample time to respond to this request, we could have most likely found a more ameanable solution to this inquiry

We are a retailer Porch Potty has a program for retailers to purchase their products at wholesale to re-sell in our brick and mortar locations I have been tirelessly trying to purchase their product, which they initially offered to sell to us on a wholesale basis, purchasing unites per order I have emails with basic due diligence questions regarding their products and how to go about placing orders Upon taking days and even weeks to respond to emails and further inquires by myself to have questions answered, I was finally able to send an email with the order quantities along with additional questions regarding asales items Again, I never received a response so I took it upon myself to reach out to the owner of the company and explain that he may want to look into his sales team given the service I had received After doing so on several platforms, I never received a response from the owner, I received an email stating that Porch Potty did not have the "Bandwidth" t
