The customer came into our shop with a specific list of work she wanted done to her carWe recommended additional services to her car including a battery but she refused She told us that her boyfriend could put in a battery From the damages she is suggesting happened to her car her boyfriend must have put the battery in backwards because that is the only way that much damage could happen all at once The car left our shop running fine.In closing, she attempted to charge back her credit card and it was sided with us.PS We never saw any invoice from any other shop [redacted]

We previously requested to review all the paperwork from the other shop So again, I would like to review all the paperwork and invoices from the other shop before we comment any further Our fax number is ***. Thank you *** ***

The shops response is a complete lie.  I have paperwork from them and their was NO note discussing additional work that needed to be done.  Nor, did they tell me additional work needed to be done. This just proves that they are guilty for what they did to my car. The other shop verified that the work they did ruined my car.
