me. I made my complaint by phone to Elite Limo on 7/13/16, and did not receive a call back until 7/27/16, which was the day following my complaint to Revdex.com. I made several attempts to resolve this issue within the company, and allowed several opportunities for them to make it right. I am seeking a full refund for the services on 7/8/16. Due to their lack of professionalism, my wedding day suffered.

We have contacted the driver, reviewed the party bus camera records, and reviewed the safe box time stamps, and the cash was $52 short. The driver is instructed to deposit the money into the safe box at the time of receipt, and he had done so. The driver also mentioned that he tried to...
contact you at the end of the night for the remainder, but your party was unresponsive. As such, the correct charge was applied to your credit card. We've never had issues with missing money before, and we've been in operation for well over 12 years.
