I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***Although the matter has been resolved, I do not agree what the business was stating were trying to contact me, only to the last called I made to them and trying to get a refund and failed to show up on multiples no show to the appointments I also got hung up times when I tried to get a refund due to all of those failed response a guy from the corporate office came to my house at the time it wasn't scheduled trying to drop off the custom cap, and my kids were asleep, so I told them that they can't show up whenever they want, plus I also showed him that they left all the black things from the chimney all over the my finished basement and all over the furnace area He took pictures and said will show it to his boss when he goes back to the office the lady (Laurie) whom are the scheduler, dispatcher, and whom hung up on me called after I sent the guy away asking me why I sent him away, and question me attitude I told her that my kids was sleeping and they can only show up after 5pm, which they did after that the technician that showed up didn't even know what they dealing with and needed to clean the mess which again Laurie the dispatcher did not told the technicianI have to tell them to confirm with Laurie, and showed them those toxic stuff they left behind a few weeks before they finally installed the cap The technician that came in did a great job on cleaning up the mess from the last guy whom claimed to be the supervisor of the office we could have gotten sick from those toxic substance they left behind and be danger to my kids as well because its literary next to our washing and drying machine I deeply disappointed how this company does their business, and will warn all my friends and family to not doing any business with this company
