the cleaning. However the following facts should be made known regarding the underlying fact of her experience. 1. Ms [redacted] was advised when the purse was left at the cleaners that leather cleaning was not done on site and sent away to be processed by a separate cleaner located in Providence, Rhode Island who specialized in the cleaning of leather. While Elite Cleaners had had a good experience in the past with Hudson Services Inc. I again express my disappointment with their performance. for cleaning this purse. 2. All cleaning tickets for items left at Elite contain the following disclaimer: “we cannot assume responsibility for inheritance weakness of, or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing, this applies particularly but not exclusively to suede, leathers, silks…” Ms [redacted] was placed on notice like all other customers of this disclaimer of responsibility. 3. Notwithstanding the above, Elite Cleaners has made the following efforts to resolve Ms [redacted] Complaint all of which have been rejection. a-Agreed to reimburse her for the cleaning. b-offered her a $75.00 gift certificate. c-Independently have been in touch with [redacted] and they have sadly declined any reimbursement relying on the disclaimer above. I have attempted to contact Ms [redacted] regarding the above proposal and she has not returned calls. In addition, it should be made know that notwithstanding her complaint regarding the change in color to the purse, it remains useable. Again, we are disappointed about Ms [redacted] apparent dissatisfaction, but believe Elite Cleaners has acted in good faith and as always stands behind its quality cleaning services it provides.
