Review: I paid for a service but did not receive the service. I ordered and paid for an Elite Cleaning Services voucher from [redacted] in the amount of $75. In February 2013, prior to the voucher expiring, I contacted Elite Cleaning Services but received voice mail. I left a message saying I wanted to schedule a cleaning. The company promptly called me back within the hour and I scheduled an appointment. The earliest appointment available was March 12, 2013, about 3-weeks from the time called. Additionally, this fell outside the coupon window for redemption. However, the gentleman I spoke with assured me my voucher was good because I scheduled prior to expiration. He also said that since the appointment was so far out, someone would contact me a day or two prior to schedule times, entry info, etc. No one called to do so. Therefore on the morning of March 12th, I called and left a message to sort out the details. No one returned my call and no one showed up for the pre-paid cleaning. Since the 12th, I have called them approximately everyother day only to get their voicemail and have left 3-voice messages and 1-email to the company. However, they have not contacted me back but my $75 voucher was showed as processed on [redacted]. Additionally since this incident, I contacted [redacted] regarding the issue twice but am awaiting a response. I also looked at [redacted] to where similar incidents seemed to have taken place with this business.Desired Settlement: I feel this is important for the Revdex.com and others to know that there is a business out there such as Elite Cleaning Services that takes money but does not deliver on the service or even contact the paying customer back. Additionally, I would like a full refund. Although, I wanted my place cleaned, I do not feel that I could trust their service. Thank you.
