delivering customer service and she based off her complain she was not happy about a few items. When I see my clients I explain everything throughly, I talk with them about the process of installing and choosing the right color for their kitchen. I spend time with all my clients talking to them about maintenance, setting expectations, and the normal chemicals we use on the kitchen that is sealant. I tell them it takes 4-6 hours for the smell to go away and it needs to be placed on the stone to seal it so water and liquids do not suck into the porus stone. All of my clients understand the necessity to seal the stone and protect their investment. I also tell my general contractors this information so they relay this to the client. This complaint that was made was based off of information that was not forwarded by her general contractor [redacted]. I have worked with him a few times in the past and on this specific project I worked directly with him and he gave me a check of $468 to start the project and the contract was between only me and him. I sent him invoice via email. Below you will see the date and time it was sent. I did not have any relationship with the client. I did not have her number, her email. I was to not have any contact with her regarding price, information, project details or payment. I only met her one time and that one time was when I drove my workers to take measurements of her kitchen. [redacted] coordinated the entire project and told me to just go to her home and take measurements. Via phone [redacted] told me the color she choose, and the specifics of her project. Attached is proof that I did business with [redacted] only. On the day we were going to install [redacted] called me and canceled installation telling me his client [redacted] did not want to pay the final payment to him. I was scared and did not want to suffer a loss, it appeared they were on bad terms and neither of them were talking to each other. At the end [redacted] told me if you want finish the job and collect the final payment of 1,250. He told me he was done with her and that she did not want to pay him his money for the time, work and materials he invested in. I was stuck in the middle of all the chaos I did not know what was happening between the two. I was afraid to install for her and I wouldn't get my final payment to pay my workers so I told her I couldn't install. She pleaded me to install her kitchen and told me [redacted] was the problem. I did not want to take sides and did not know who to believe. I felt badly for the client that she did not have a kitchen. So out of the kindness of my heart I said fine I will install your kitchen pay me ahead and I will install. She paid me $517. Then we began to install. During our installation she found many ways to complaint and harrase my workers while they were installing. She told them she doesn't like the job based off nothing concert, she didn't even come take a look at the job once the job was done. She just complaint about the smell and said she is going to the hospital because the smell was too strong even though we opened windows and offered to bring a fan. She said it was to strong. She did not pay the rest of the amount due she just yelled at my guys and shouted telling them to get out. Even though she did not pay the final balance that was agreed between her and [redacted] I left it like that because I got my expenses covered at least and my workers got paid. [redacted] on the other hand did not get his commission. Below is proof of the invoice. You can call [redacted] and see if he can send you the invoice/contract he made with his client.
