We have tried several opportunities to reach to you regarding the unsatisfactory results of the poor quality job performed on the epoxy project paid under invoice #***.
We were misinformed of your expertise on epoxy coating with our project. Your acknowledge to your poor judgment and lack of expertise and constant failure to correct the floor issues. We gave you 3 chances to fix the problems and not until we threaten to withhold the payment you came and slap a thick coat of polyutherane, leaving roll marks, blogs of coating material. What was suppose to be a nice shinny floor ended up being a dull and cloudy mess. Also, we paid for our board samples and requested several times to return them to you.
We need to have them back, come and repair the floor and give us the warranty you offered by text messages.

Dear Customer, we informed you of our situation at the time, showed you a portfolio of our work, and you agreed to do work with us. We informed you of the complications with skipping steps in the installation process. And when you weren't satisfied with the end result we still decided to work with you and reach a positive end result. In doing that our second flood coat was applied perfectly with no issues and without skipping any steps that were previously requested to do. While in the curing phase there was an issue with water contaminating the epoxy, which was caused by your negligence to not have a professional remove the appliances. You then decided to squeegee the water all over the room, without calling us first to let us know there had been an issue. We then informed you of the options to resolve the situation. That we could not repair it on our dime being we didn't cause the contamination. You decided and agreed to leave the floor as is and proceed with the top coat, knowing the complications that you might face in the future. With this being said, We can not warranty a floor that has been tampered with by the customer which you agreed to in writing. In regards to the sample boards, like we told you before we don't have them.
This company did not have the expertise, tool and knowledge for the service they offered. We gave them serveral opportunities to fix the original problem, 3 times they tried to fix the problem and creating other problem and never presenting the product to our original agreed final product. Now we are stuck with dull and horrible floors
We have already responded to this complaint. Customer interfered and tampered with the job, they were informed of the compilations due to their negligence.
